Contest Convert my PSD design to CSS/XHTML

    I have this design and need to have it converted into a CSS/XHTML. Sample file is here: http://www.barenukl.com/new/indexfinal.jpg

    This is what I need from you:
    1. Price
    2. Turnaround time
    3. Links to similar projects (if you've done any)

    Notes about the design:
    1. Titles (i.e. "Whats Up") need to be graphic background with real text (not graphic).
    2. Tabs on top need to change color upon "hover"
    3. Winner selection is up to my discretion and will not necessarily be done based on price only.
