I am looking for someone to convert an HTML site into a Wordpress theme. I need the following deliverables to be functional: 1. Ability to change banner image 2. Ability to control top menu navigation and side bar navigation links 3. Ability to customise banner overlay text 4. Ability to control the two grey tabs from the bottom of the site I basically want to be able to control and edit all of the website elements within Wordpress.
