I want to convert my money paypal to moneybookers or payoneer card. is it posible???? If yes then please explain me what i do?

No, you can not.unless you find a trusted person...

 

Very few will do transfers when the sender has Paypal, this since Paypal charges can be disputed and charged back. A lot of scammers around, so be careful!

1. [pp -> bank -> mb] - (using a bank account)
2. [pp -> MVCC -> mb] - (using MVCC)
3. [pp -> mb] - (using m2m = member2member on an exchange forums)
