I have a DVD hard disc recorder and it will no longer record from HDD to DVD because the laser has pecked up
Is there any way to get the files from my Toshiba DVD recorder to computer? and convert them to MP4?
It has the usual scart connections, An HDMI output to the TV and there are USB, RCA and DV connection on front panel
