Buying Convert HTML to Wordpress theme

    Hi,

    I am looking someone to convert HTML into Wordpress theme. Here is some of my condition.

    1. I would prefer to pay after the job done only unless you have excellent past feedback in designing job (not a single negative iTrader ever). However the condition should be 50 / 50 (Pay upfront 50% and after the job done and delivered 50%.) No full upfront payment. You can checked my iTrader to ensure you will be paid 100% upon job completion.

    2. If you have portfolio please do not hesitate to show me. You may send me a link to your portfolio by reply here or via PM.
