Convert HTML to PHP for easy updating

    Hi,

    I need someone to convert my site
    http://www.wealtharea.com from it's html into a php site so that i can update it's content easily.

    Just need to have a admin areas where i can
    1) Add articles/ advice easily
    2) Add free softwares ebook easily in the "freebie" section

    Lost most of my money in the stock market, so if u're a high end programmer, i'm sorry, won't be able to afford u.

    Hi all,

    I guess i lacked some details.
    Here's the details

    My site www.wealtharea.com

    I need an admin panel where i can
    1) Add articles easily in the lessons and blog part
    2) Easily upload files, ebooks with pictures and type a description (see the freebies section)
    3) update the fresh news easily. Esentially I want to easily update the site without having to edit the html each time.
