There will always be someone cheaper. I know people far cheaper than $35. No doubt there's people even cheaper than the people I know. I have 7 years of experience, do work for massive multi-national companies - my price is reflective of my skillset. Anyway it doesn't matter, if you want the cheapest guy thats up to you.
