This product is not converting good, there are lot's of searches, but no buyers, i did only one sale from more then 750 hops, so i hope you can understand why i'm saying that it's not converting, my luck that it's free traffic

Almost any health product sell's, try to find a bad disease, that people need a solution for it, write a short review page, saying how good you made with the "cure", and you're on your way to success, simple as that

Of course look at the sales page of the product, and see if it sell's, look at all aspects before you choose your product!

You don't have to opt in.

It is more of a cover page for people who stumble upon the affiliate page by accident. You can put whatever information in the fields that you want really.
