Convert FLA or SWF to FLV or MP4

Hi,

I've created a video using Flash CS5 but I cannot save it as a FLV or MP4, does anyone know how to do this? If your able to tell me or are willing to do it for me let me know, I will pay you for your time.

 

Just save it under whatever file type it allows you to do. Then Google "convert filetypex to mp4". You'll find free services that do it pretty quickly on the spot. If not, you'll at least find some instructions on how to do it.
