    You can directly export your movie as a AVI or MOV from Flash... Can't you?

    SWF Quicker is the best for editing the flash it can give you output in different formats.

    i think there is only one solution for you install Adobe Flash then open the FLA file in Flash then go to file\export to\Movie\ then select the SWF format
