I don't know that PTC sites are ever going to pay you cash but I use them to run ads for my sites. When I earn enough I convert it into ads as I am sure that places like 1 dollar mail or at mail will not pay out cash. This system is working for me quite well and I am getting more traffic and more conversions with it.
