Convert a simple old .cfm Site to a new updated .htm site.

Need to know how much it would cost to convert an old 'Big Game Hunting site' built with ColdFusion site using CF_includes for its borders, to a new DreamWeaver site using .dwt, or something similar so the content can be edited by someone with limited web skills etc. My first post on DP and was not sure to list the domain or not, so just PM me if interested.
    Thank You!

I'd recommend looking at a content management system if you want to make it easy for others to update the content. The site Open Source CMS contains a pretty comprehensive list of PHP and ASP-based CMS software, much of it completely free and open source. Good luck!

Its no where near that heavy of a site. It would only be updated once or twice a year with some date changes and such. They already have someone that is plenty capable of doing it through Dream Weaver etc.
    Thank You!

You're talking about "converting" a newspaper picture of a chimpanzee into a chimpanzee - converting an object of one type into an object of another type.

And you can't convert a dynamic site into a static site. You can convert the existing site into a snapshot if itself, but HTML is a snapshot - it doesn't do anything.

Convert it into a PHP site? You need a developer who's very familiar with CF (figuring out someone else's code takes more experience than writing your own code) and is pretty good (not as a hobbyist or a "rent-a-coder") with PHP.

It would probably be a lot cheaper to hire a good developer to develop a site for you from scratch that would use CMS techniques to allow you to edit certain parts of it. (The parts you want to edit are kept in a database, and you get an editor that allows you to change them.)

(Oops, I didn't notice the date on the OP. Mods - feel free to delete this.)
