can we have conversion pixels for tracking click-to-call and filling out a contact form?

 

Yes, you can have for a contact form. Place it on success page after the submit button.

If you working on Indian client then call tracking is not available but if you are working for US or UK country clients. Then you can track them.
Only you need to implement phone call tracking code through tools option.

And for filling out a contact form you don't need to do anything. Only take website conversion code from tool tab and implement it in thank you page.

Then you can track any form filling details at own level.
