I had 3 conversions yesterday that I know converted (I got sent the form to prove it) but Google didn't register them. I know its all down to cookies, so am I the only one worrying about this?!

Cookies...javascript...it could be a number of things. Also, conversion stats can be delayed up to 24 hours.

Take Google's conversion numbers as a guide but as the law. Your internal systems will be far more accurate. I've never managed an account where Google's conversion #'s are more than 90% accurate.

Bear in mind that if the conversions were from somebody that had visited previously (via Google), then the conversion will be recorded against their original visit, not the one yesterday.

E.g. if somebody Googled you on the 29th, then again on the 30th, and converted on this second visit, the conversion will appear on the 29th, but not straight away...

Thanks for this guys. I guess just like everything google-wise its got to be taken with a pinch of salt. Cookies can last up to a month or so can't they, so the conversion might be upto a month old, couldn't it be? That'll make the stats interesting!
