conversion value

    I don't see a way in to include conversion value in the tables. It seems like the ad or keyword table, for example, should be able to show average conversion value for those clicks.

    I can see that the filters will let me filter for Total Conversion Value, Value/Conversion, or Conversion Value/Cost, but I don't see a way to get any of those parameters to show in the table
