I think traffic you are getting that is gud in numbers but not in quality. For conversion ratio u need quality traffic not arithmetics numbers. Actually u r fine to get traffic for your keywords by proper off page optimization tactics. But for quality traffic you need to work on On Page Optimization tactics. First go through your pages title tag. Check them that they are ok and relevant to products or services which u are offering. If a visitor comes to ur site then he gets same services, products or information for which he tried keyword. If title tags are not proper then try to make them proper and relevant to your pages niche. Other the main thing which play major role to stop the visitor on your site is your page content. Always try to put content relevant to your page theme. Provide better information & details about ur services and products. If you find any error or problem them make it clear. One more thing that your site must be user friendly. It shud have easy navigation, eye catching design, proper text formation and placement. Interlinking of pages shud be very gud. These are the smalls things those play major role. Till now you had optimized ur site for Search Engines, now time has come to optimize your site for users.
