Conversion rate for lead sites?

    I'm trying to start up a profitable affiliate site. I've seen several sites out there that offer a free prize for filling out forms, like a "rewards program". Does anyone have any experience with these types of sites, and could tell me what kind of conversion rate to could expect from a PPC campaign?

    u can expect ppc of about 1:200 something like that

    rset is how u market it n how is the site design
