Anyone here promoting high-end items from Amazon like Electronics. Is it normal to have a low conversion rate? What is your conversion rate? Any tips on how to improve conversion?

Digital Cameras are great for niche to explore for electronics. Just make sure you are recieving buying traffic and not just traffic.

I'm interested in this as well. I try to stay away from electronics as the commissions stop at 4% right? I've tried to mess around with small appliances as the commission is higher but they cost just as much. I figure the sweet spot would have to be in selling non-electronics with free shipping that cost $100-400, I'll let you know what I find in my experiments.

Has anyone had any luck selling HD TVs, Digital TVs, or 3D TVs on amazon, is it even worth the time?

I think you can sell anything as long as there's traffic and good content to push your site to the front page of your favourite search engine. I have sold many expensive items in the last few months, including HDTVs and expensive cameras.

I would say choose the product you can promote and focus on it.

    Good luck

The more expensive the item the more people tend to shop around and look at several/many sites, so the conversion rate is going to be lower.
