I am looking for a banner-desginer that is able to design me a set of 5 banners which are both stylish and conversion optimized. Those banners will be used on a local website to generate phone-calls. You don't really need to know much about the niche, just how to design and how to design for conversions. Once the banners are finished I need the .PSDs. Please make me a proposal.
