Conversion differences per day

I have been using adwords for about a year now and i have tracking code to record conversions and conversion costs.

The thing i cannot work out is how each day differs.

For instance yesterday i spent £142.51 and received 28 conversions at £5.09 a conversion.

The day before i spent £149.28 and had 10 conversions at £14.92 a conversion. Generally things are always very different.

Is this normal? Could i been subject to PPC Fraud??

    Any help would be appreciated

Sounds natural to me. If you got exactly the same results every day - that would be unnatural.
After a year you should be able to look at your stats and see some trends - some niches do better at weekends, some the opposite, some do better at certain times of the day, some niches are more prone to seasonal trends than others.

Totally agree with Magda. It would be unnatural if it was the same every day.

Don't look at day-to-day trends. Look at week-to-week and month-to-month, these should be more similar, taking into account seasonal trends.

It's like the weather some days are better some days are worse. Check the times you adds are active. Do vistitor in the middle of the night really spent money or only costing you clicks.

Yeah, that's natural - as an example our best converting days are Mondays and Tuesdays

Very heavily affected by the weather - I think more people surf idly when it's raining!
