conversion code does not work

    our Microsoft adcenter conversion code has never worked.
    I am sure that we know how to generate and paste it to our website. we've been succussful in tracking conversion with google for 2 years. but it is always a failure with microsoft. I called adcenter help people. they did not know why either.
    any similar case?
