I had sent a reply to a user. Some time later, I received an email notification saying the user has replied to my conversation. I clicked on the link (on the email) to view the unread message, but it showed an error message instead (the requested conversation could not be found). Then, I went to the Conversations page, and then clicked on the conversation where I had replied, but it does not show any new replies. Is there something I'm missing? or is it a bug?
Guess it is a bug. I asked the user to email me the message he/she had sent to me. She also faced the same problem. She could see the notification, but could not see the message that I had sent. So, I guess, it's occurring because we are replying to old conversations ( the ones that were created when the site was using VB) ?
A few users have reported the issue when replying to old conversations, but when I test it... it always seems to work. I guess for now, just make a new conversation until I can figure out what's up with the old imported ones (or at least get it to happen when I test it).
