Does anyone have a suggestion on affordable online formation of an llc. I did it the practical or so to speak way, and s[pent a little under a $150. I however spent the entire day, going to the various state buildings, and I just dony have the time this time around. My colluege uese bizfilings, but the fees are just ridiculous!
