what ever, these separatists elements didn't want hindus to obstruct them if they wage a battle against the Indian govt., so they probably felt the only way to counter attack was to force them to leave the region
we can't rule out, outsiders indulgence in the issue

even in the kashmir riots happening now, some stone pelters claimed, they recv. Rs.150 per day to pelt stones on the police, so this is a clear indication of the outsiders indulgence in the country's internal issues

Not 1 of your 67 posts adds any value to any thread, I don't usually do this but I'm seriously considering putting you on my ignore list. Perhaps it would help me think better of Pakistanis if I don't have to listen to people like you everyday.

Don't compare both the cases, Bhopal issue had absconding accused, tons of victims, compensation issues, technical issue and quite a few witnesses to be examined. Over here its just the teachers who has to identify the attackers and give his statement. Its a one day job but considering the speed at which the judicial system works I'd say 6 months to an year. Not that it matters since theirs is a non-bailable offence.

I don't think anyones living on tax payer money, separatist have a huge following in the region and any attempt to arrest them will only fuel more riots and result in some rightly deserved deaths of stone-pelters, rioters, militants etc. But unfortunately the rest of the world wouldn't think so, our army would be labeled as baby killers, pakistan would bitch about how we violated human rights of "innocent" muslims nevermind Paks logistic, financial and idiolistic support of militants, US and UN would bring resolutions against India, in the end Kashmir would be even more difficult for us to digest. TBH the governments hands are tied.

There is no need to arrest them , just encounter them. India should learn from srilanka how to handle trouble makers.

Our newspaper carried a more graphic account in Ex-nun forgives men for chopping off hand:
When our lecturers did something "lame" we dismissed it as such. I can't imagine what they would have needed to do to incur physical violence of any sort.
It was a punctuation exercise , not a theology paper. Was he trying to convert students? All I can see is that he was trying to make it relevant and topical.

People have to grow up! and realise that differing opinions and perspectives lead to a more interesting world and do not limit your own ability to worship.
