Controlling system of every post or page

    I have few blogs which are created by WordPress.In My every blog i use auto pilot Plugin like WP-Robot.Every SEO experts or web masters are known that this type of auto pilot plugin supply duplicate content in various source.This type of duplicate contents are harmful for every website.
    Using this plugin ,i just collect article and after that i rewrite .
    Now My question is that how can i control my total website that which are index and which are not index in search engine.I need total control of my every post.
    Now my question is have any plugin which help me to do this which i want?

    Instead of writing duplicate content on your blog you can write your own content on your blogs..It will give good traffic to your website..
