I am looking contracts that I would need a freelance programmer to work on my project. Basically it would need the following:

    1. Once the programming is done it would be no longer owned by the programmer but I would assume complete ownership of the code/script.
    2. He would not be allowed to talk about the project or use any ideas related to the project on his own.
    3. He would not be able to use the same code again anywhere else etc.

Anyone know a good place to get these types of contracts online I looked around but didn't find what I was exactly looking for.

    So you want a

    1) IP/ transfer of copyright clause
    2) Confidentuality/ Non-Disclosure & anti-compentition clause
    3) Is already covered off by the above automatically

Your solicitor/ lawyer will be able to draft this up for you very quickly as nothing is out of the ordinary
