    Why are you selling this site?
    It was a project I wanted to do years ago that I never got around to doing.

    How is it monetized?
    Contractor Directory -- could be a lead gen site or something else?

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No

    Is the website available too?
    If you want it I can grant access to the WP Admin area for a few days to allow for site migration tools to run
