I am curious if anyone out there can put this into terms that a normal human being can understand!

The foregoing indemnity shall not require payment as a condition precedent to recovery and shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Payment for the previously mentioned security is not required for recovery of [insert service or property], either during, or after termination, of the Agreement.
