Do you guys use contracts or any sort of legally binding method for ensuring that logos that are custom made for you are not resold, and that you retain all rights to modify it, etc?
Well I can't say of other's but those of my clients who have a budget of xx$ or lower xxx$ generally don't go for such things! They normally only want a decent design that goes with a rest of their site! Whereas, my other clients who have a budget of mid xxx$ and are people who require a distinct identity for their business, have legally binding methods and NDAs signed. I have signed 2 of such papers, but then these legal papers are not limited to resale of the design, but also include many other clauses such as Non-Disclosure, Modifications et al! Abhishek
