Contract for buying and selling websites

    You guys who sell and buy websites, what kind of contract do you use? Do you write your own or do you use some kind of standard contract?

    I have never used contracts :eek: My bank manager asked me the last time that I talked to her that if I make a big sale I should make one, so I'll like to see an example too.

    sold sites for $x,xxx and never used a contract :( other than AIM or email agreements.
