I've written an ebook that explains a method that will bring you unique visitors as long as you keep the system up and working.

Fundamentally, the method uses referer logs to bring you hits, alexa rank, and pagerank. But further than that, ebook gives you a detailed "how to" and sample scripts, and more important is a huge collection of data that you can't easily obtain with ordinary methods. (I actually wrote 2-3 desktop applications and let them run about 2 weeks to collect the data)

And about the time to see the results, it depends on how fast you make the method work. But if you do exactly what is told in the ebook, you'll probably see the first pack of hits in 24 hours, which gradually increases during time.

I realized that I forgot to mention two important things:
1) Visitors you get this way are real human visitors with no blackhat method. That means, traffic is 100% Adsense / ad network safe
2) You need server side scripting (php,asp...) and a database (MSSQL, MySQL ...)
