continuous page refresh makes it impossible to post

    :eek: I had to type this into notepad and paste it in real fast before the page refreshes. I dont see a meta refresh tag so it must be javascript, but there is no delay, its continuous - as soon as the page loads, it begins reloading - i cant edit my signature, i cant even post a new topic or reply. the page has refreshed in the background over 7 times in just the time it has taken me to type this

    are you trying to maximize ad impressions or something? Im not sure ill even be able to enter the captch quick enough - ok wait it looks like it finally stopped after 7-10 refreshes behind notepad - so now i can enter this topic - is it supposed to be doing this? am i going to have to go to a page and wait for it to refresh 7 times before I can post?

    Doesn't happen to me, what browser are you using?

    Have you tried clearing you cache, cookies etc.?

    From time to time we all see gremlins but this is a new one. Calum's suggestions are valid. Suggest you try different browser as well.
