Hi! Can you do something with ussers that starting contests but they leave it and won't pay to anyone ? It's annoying when you try to create something good, loosing your time for this job and noone in contest win, and contest owner even don't want to choose anyone as a winner. If he doesn't like it, then he should just write what's wrong. Thanks and sorry for bad english ;P
you can use itrader system in that case. some forum ask deposit in contest sections from OP. but in DP mods takes no responsibility between sales/trades so probably nothing they can do with such contests.
