What's the best way to promote a contest on a website. How do you get the word out to the most people? I'm about to give away a unlocked Motorola GSM phone (retail value of $799.99) on my site. To be entered in the contest, all i'm asking for is people to tell me what product (niche related) they own and whether they would recommend it or not and why. Pretty much right a short review to get entered. Do you think people would do this to win a unlocked phone?
people like free stuff so i guess people should enter lol you can buy blog posts from different blogs, articles, even buy links for the contest link and etc.
There are few web 2.0 websites who help you in this regards, im unable to recollect the names ... I'll let you know as soon as I remember
If you had built a list, all it would have taken is one simple email to that list. Although no one around here seems to really see the importance of building a list. I must be talking to myself.
i actually do have a mailing list. It slipped my mind that i could just send that to them!!! thanks for the tip
