I will be selecting a first place winner, and up to three runner-ups of designs that I wish to purchase. First place will merit $40, each additional winner will win $20. Feel free to submit multiple entries, you can win multiple times. Original work only. Suggested items to include in your submission are as follows: - Image of Home - Thumbnails of Home - Realtor Contact Information - Address & Price - List of Amenities - Property Description (Paragraph Format) - Map All Submissions MUST follow the following criteria or they will not be considered: - Please Use Adobe Photoshop - Your Document Must be 200 DPI from the Start. I like it! However, the bottom could use some improvement I think. Something to break up the text a bit more. But it's a great start.
Which part more specifically? Map + realtor name + company address? If so, would you like a picture of the person to be on the flyer itself?
Yes, I think a picture of the realtor would be a nice touch. I just feel like the bottom is missing something. Maybe try distinguishing the titles better. It is all very "one style" at the moment. Keep working at it! I'm liking it.
