I will surely pay you a bit more if your work is excellent and yes I will probably want a design template done after the images as well. But first here are a few things to keep in mind please. Some images I may need will be for futuristic type items so you may have to use some creativity to create an images for them so when I send ya a list of item names, I will include if it is a weapon, armor, or transportation. Next all items need to be 75x75 on a transparent background. All property images will be 150x100 on transparent background. I will need a few other images for random stuff that we can do after we complete this as well. Also, the only way I will do business with you is if we can do like 25 images then I can send ya some money, another 25 and I will send more money etc. This is only because I don't know you personally and I am not getting scammed on internet.
