Hey all, I've been impressed with so many entries here that I've decided to throw in another advertising spot. Now there will be two winners who will receive a 160x240 spot on the right sidebar - I can design your banner or you can provide me with an image. I know a lot of people are just entering this contest for fun as well and I'm glad to see that! I'm working on a blog post that should go live on my site this Friday, where you can ass your work displayed along with a link back to your site if you have provided one.

I think I will be holding a similar contest each month for an advertising spot, so stay tuned near the end of September.

I just installed Photoshop CS3 tonight so I'll try to do something once I get used to it all. I'll be working from mostly tutorials, books, and dvds for a while anyways!

Here is mine, i hope i am gona get something this thing took me quite a lot of time if you knew how hard it is to draw this circles with a mouse in photoshop you wouldnt able to watch me doing it...

Sure - I really like your pieces and you've followed the tutorials and techniques very closely! However I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more creativity with your pieces, perhaps using a technique described in a tutorial to make something completely different!

As for the advertising, I don't really have a relevant site. Dunno if you want an advertisement for a site about the Australian Army randomly floating there.

 

LOL. I'm not sure how well it would do, it's really targeting a different demographic. Although I wouldn't mind. But if you ever have something else you'd like to advertise down the road, just let me know alright? Thanks so much for entering the contest even if it was just for fun!
