Contest Contest for a simple logo

Hey guys,

Need the creative gurus here at DP to come up with a logo for me- it can be simple, but modern and web 2.0 I think.

first - Company Name- get creative with the text and how the word is

second- Product Name:

Honestly I've seen a wide variety of work here at DP so I hate putting a fix price. This is also a great trial run for us to find someone we could use in the future for bigger projects, so take your best shot!

@logoesdesign- great color scheme, but I'm not a huge fan of the mirror image below with the little oval around the bottom either...I do like the black/red split on the V's

@kevster1- I'd like the font to be more dominating - it seems a little small and not powerful.

@karuniakbar- Very creative with the V and the A, I really like the little duality with the overlap- is there anyway to make the A at the end more definable as an A- looks a little too much like a V...keep refining, there's merit there
