Contest Contest: Duplicate my 125*125 banner to 250*250 - $15 - 3 Days or first correct entry

@good designer: Frame 1: Screenshot is wrong (Blind level timer needs to be correct - see above comments). Quality (of image) is not good enough (although filesize is good)

@LushLush: Ok, this is again the closest - check comments above - the level timer (top box) needs to match the main timer (will be 00:01 when the timer is on 19:59 - check how the live app).

In your opinion - what is causing the problem with filesize? The PokerDIY Logo? or the background? (I am trying to think what could be dropped - I need the screenshot as high quality as possible and the logo the same)

 

@gamelord: Screenshot does not match product (table is wrong) and everything needs to be bigger.

@Mr.LeGeNd: Very good - timing etc. all works but the quality needs to be the same and under 50k

I might have to rethink this if no one can come up with a high-quality, < 50k version!

 

@good designer: The first screenshot is different to the application screenshot - it needs to show the real product.

 

@gamelord: The first screenshot looks like the aspect ration has been changed - the blinds box is narrower than the other entries and not how it looks on the product.

 

Ok - Let me rethink this - it seems as though no entry can match the contest rules (<50k requirement and matching the original high quality requirement).

Instead of canceling the contest, I'm going to change this contest so that we can find a winner. This is what I propose - Keep the banner timing/text/layout etc. exactly the same, but change the background to be less complex - this should drop the filesize below 50k. Is everyone ok with this or do I need to close this contest and start a new thread?

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NO LONGER a race - I'll let it run until Tuesday morning - the best looking banner which duplicates the original but with a simpler background (and therefore filesize < 50k) will be declared the winner).

Rules:

1. Image must be <50k
2. Quality of logo/screenshot must be high quality (like 125*125 ad)
3. Background must be the same on all frames
4. All text/timings/positioning must stay the same

Note: Do NOT drop the quality of the PokerDIY logo or the screenshot - this needs to be high-res. I would start by playing around with the live app and picking different background colors and opacitys.

If someone can submit an entry that meets all the initial requirements then they get a bonus $5 - but please don't drop the quality of the ad - it's not an option.

yeah... i agree with u.... thats y i upload second banner .. cauz its not possible to remove first screen shot banner... so second screenshot is #28 is final one.... do let me know if any changes needed..

#28is under 50kb and exact same as ur small 125X125 banner .....

 

Update: It seems as though no entry can duplicate the original quality in the specified size - this contest has now been withdrawn - thanks for the attempts.

 

I have a similar contest but I now need a smaller banner (120*120) which should be much easier.
