    Hey all.

Back for another logo. The details are

    - The logo is for an IT support and consultancy company
    - The name of the company is Honeywell IT
    - We don't want any honey in the image. Maybe bees though but rather have a tech look.
    - We want something clean and sharp and brandable :)
    - If you can come up with a slogan feel free ;)

    Payment is via Paypal only.
    $45 is the prize fund.
Contest will run until the weekend.

Any questions please ask otherwise we can't wait to see your entries. :)

    Cheers,
    Sunny

Oh, and colourscheme should ideally be blue / black / white / red but you can choose other colours if need be.

    This is my idea:

The gear symbolizes the tech aspect and the yellow for the honey/bee.

Honeywell is already a major brand name...

    Honeywell Logo Usage

You sure you want to use that name? Is it even legal to do so? Honeywell is internationally known... Just info you may want, may not. Maybe you're actually doing work for them? If so, you'd think a corporation that large would pay more than $45. :D

Yes there are no name issues here but thank you for pointing it out for me.

This is no different to there being a Lloyds Bank and a Lloyds Pharmacy, or Johnson and Johnson vs Johnson and Johnson Cleaners etc. They are in different sectors and thus there is no issue here.

But really, thank you for mentioning just in case. If I was to be doing security products and access systems then I would have a problem :)

    Cheers,
    Sunny

    Hi all.

Not sure we are currently heading in the right direction.

As a result, I have been through a logo inspiration website and picked out some examples of styles and layouts that we like the look of...

The ones that I have had submitted so far are good in concept but don't have the graphical edge / professional touch that we are looking for.

Thanks. Pklz is closest to the examples that I posted above at the moment.

If you could all have a look at them to see the kind of crisp and clean design we are looking for. :)

    Thanks

Ahhh, now we are getting a bit closer.

Can we try to have all designs on White Backgrounds? :)

Looking forward to more entries :)

    When does this close?

Does mine need to be on a white background because its close enough to white. The logo with the mouse in it is transparent so the mouse will be the same colour of whatever the background colour is.

Anything i can do to improve it?
