Hello, I have a contest for a new logo on my website. Since our fishing community is growing I believe the old logo needs to go and be replaced with a new one which incorporates members fishing pictures into it. Here is the old one We have plenty of pictures in the user gallery which is found at photos.maanglers.com so please take a look around and play with a design. I do however want to keep the state of Massachusetts somewhere in the logo and then also add our new slogan which is "Catching Fish All Day From The Berkshires To Cape Cod Bay". I would like to have at least 8-10 small pictures somehow incorpated in or around the state cutout. Please post your design here and I will tell you. Looking forward to seeing some designs. Forgot to add I would like the logo bigger so it stretches across page. The height is fine on the old one maybe make it a tad bigger.
HMMM thats a good question. Im not really that sure but if its possible to make it the same width as the vbulletin page that its currently on. But size does not matter as long as it looks good. If I expand it it may look bad. But I would say do whatever you think looks best because you people are obviosuly had more experience in this sort of thing.
The thing is that the vBulletin has a fluid design, so it always fills up the entire browser space. What I'm thinking is maybe make the width of the logo 600px so there won't be as much empty space on the header but it will still look good on older monitors.
That sucks man, my entry was almost ready. Please let me know when the contest is up and running again.
