Would be very carefull copying content though. Duplicate content is not highly looked upon now days with the search engines. If you do copy anything then you should add content to your own with it or change up the content.

But bottom line I would stay faaaaaaaar away from duplicate content.

:D yes i am very keen.
But i am asking about contents.
Suppose i want to write about Nudges which are in Msn Messenger.
So from where i should collect data.So that i can write contents.
Actually question is about "data" which gives "content"

You could hit google and search for "freelance writers" to find writers.

If you want to do it yourself, read some books on proper writing, take some college courses and then read & write very often.

Getting freelancers is not a bad idea, but you have to pay them.

Improving one's writing skills cannot be done overnight - its a time consuming process with no guarantee of success.

I am surprised you didnt suggest getting articles from site likes yours ..I mean http://www.contenttycoon.com/ :D

This one may be useful too ..

You would have to carry out a bit of your own research such as searching Google for the term "Nudge" and "MSN Messenger" and learn more about the feature before you can come up with some unique content. After reading what others have to say about the subject (eg. MSN Nudge), then try to think of it in your own terms and write what you think.

That is correct. I write every day of the week and I also visit content sites (aside from my own).

you can get articles (content) in a databse form here on digitalpoint. Just search around and there are many people selling databases full of articles on many different topics.

Do article sites face plagiarism problems.....people submitting articles which arent original..or someone using the articles without giving the appropriate credit to the author...?

I would say that this happens, without a doubt.

As to how much, one can only guess. I do know that there are websites out there that use articles and don't give link backs or conveniently don't code the link.
