    Thanks @Furquan Ahmed

Also @dscurlock, I just noticed your comment about no replies since January 2016 - I missed that earlier for some reason. I'm unsure if you were thinking 2017 in your head but typed 2016 instead...either way, it's worth pointing out that the last reply here was in fact January 2017, not 2016. Not that I think that's indicative of service, but we're certainly still actively producing content :)

my bad, jan 2017, and I was implying that you were bad, I was implying that it does
not look great when there are no recent posts, which leaves people to wonder "whats wrong"
(if you know what I mean...)

maybe you should post a short article every now and then, and
that will let people know that you are still active....

    no worries...

I felt an article was rejected for no good reason. I write for sites that pay much higher and have the same standards. If this next article gets rejected, I will close my account.

Here are excerpts from your article:

The last example, even with correct spelling, has more mistakes as well.

These are not the only mistakes in the article. There are many more, and the article is less than 400 words in length.

I would caution you against assuming this is our standard, as you mentioned above, because it is certainly not.

I correct everything, and for some reason they aren't saving. I'm canceling my account and want to refund the money to the money to the customer for the article I sold so I can use it again.

=ETA I looked back over what I submitted and these errors were corrected in Word. I don't have this issue elsewhere.
And I never said I thought that was your standard. Obviously, there's a glitch.

Your grammar is absolutely terrible. PLEASE close your account so I don't risk getting an article from you.

Contentgather is great, they have very good customer service and super fast response rates.
I made a mistake on my listing for work and they corrected it almost instantly after I submitted a support ticket even though it was very late at night.

I'll be using this service from now on just based on how good their custom services and support really is. It is so hard to find a business that has such great support in such a competitive online industry.

My grammar is not terrible I'm on a site that pays 12.50 plus for an article. How on Earth did I make that with poor grammar? I was on other sites as well that required high standards , but they closed. You can't judge a writer by forum posts. I'm not getting paid to write posts here.

Not a fan of Content Gather.

I rejected one article out of dozens and they returned all of my pending orders and basically stopped me from using the service. I then voiced my opinion on Facebook and they blocked me from their page.

    Shady company, stay away!

What did you lose by using our services?

You were not happy with your purchase, so we issued a full refund. You received a whole lot of content from us, and as soon as you were not happy with one of them, we refunded your purchase. How is this shady?

If anything is shady, it is you accepting $25 from us in exchange for a review which you never posted. We could ask for that $25 back, but we're not that kind of business.

Trust me, you don't want my full review. If you want the $25 back, I will send it immediately, just tell me how you'd like it.

I never asked for a refund, you made that assumption. I spent a lot of time creating the orders in which you cancelled.

I wasn't happy with an order - it was unreadable and made no sense at all, yet you defended it to the death (of my account, quite literally).

My review was going to be called "Content Gather: The Uber of Content Writing" but now I think it should be called "Content Gather: The Box of Chocolates - You Never Know What You're Going to Get"

Having good grammar ought to be a natural thing. You shouldn't have to be paid in order to apply it. It comes down to a question of self respect.

I think that @Matthew Sayle is being a big too harsh and isn't very fair. For what it is worth, I used Content Gather a few months ago and while I had to wait a bit for a writer to pick up the task, it was written quite nicely, in spite of the subject being too technical. However I didn't proceed with re-ordering because in time I realized that the subject I aimed for required one to be an industry insider, or at least a dedicated follower. It required a level of familiarization that only comes with time.

Ryan from Content Gather has also gone above and beyond answering my questions, helping me setup the task, recommending the level of writer I should aim for and literally holding my hand throughout the whole experience. The service alone has left a very postitive and memorable impression.
