Buying Content writers for hire, you'd better read this! :D

    Hi, guys

Every once in a while I recruit fresh meat for my team. Guess it's that time of the year again :) To keep it short and sweet, here's what I need:

    - Someone reliable. If you tell me you can deliver 10 articles per 24 hours, then you'd better do so. I can live with occasional blunders and mishaps, I will sometimes understand that your only computer broke down / dog chewed on the Ethernet cable / your great-great-grandma died, but don't take me for a fool.
    - Good English skills. I don't mind having to edit bits and pieces of your work, but if it takes me more than 15 minutes to work on your 400 word submission then I'd better do it myself.
    - Do what you're being paid for. No beating around the bush, don't add fluff words just so you'd reach the word count. Do your research and write what you're hired for. If a whole paragraph of yours can be summarized to a ten word sentence then it's not alright.
    - Ability to work with tight deadlines. 'nuff said!
    - Focus on my needs. I sometimes need keyword rich articles and other times I'll just ask you to ramble on a topic. I'm kind of brief with requirements, I don't want to spend a whole hour to let you know what I want in four 300w articles.

    What I offer:
    - Constant work, if you're good at it. And I do mean it, I can send you more work than you can handle ;) Think in terms of 30K words per day.
    - Hefty bonuses at the end of the month (added to your regular payments, duh!), if you deserve it. I just sent a commission of $750 to one of my best writers.
    - I'll soon be offering relocation packages to my best writers. If you're Romanian drop me a note, no need to apply for this job. Others stay tuned.
    - Premium Copyscape accounts so you can check your work, Skype credits and whatever does your deeds.

In terms of payment, next to the benefits outlined above, I'm looking to pay a bit less than a buck per hundred words. We can talk details over PM/email/IM/phone.

If I caught your interest so far, here's how you can apply.
    - Any details like what you'd like to know before applying should be discussed in this thread. Don't PM me with questions, unless there is some sensitive information in your message you'd like to keep private.
    - Shoot me a PM with the best article you've ever written. I'd prefer a link, but you're welcome to paste it in the body of the PM.
    - Let me know how much you'll be charging me for your services--a rate per hundred words or whatever ideas you may have.

I reserve the right to ask you to write an article for me, as a test. I will pay for the sample as long as it matches my criteria, even remotely. If it *really* sucks, I might tell you to shove it up your bunghole and not pay you a dime for it. Rest assured, you will find buyers for it, just spend some time in the Content section of BST.

Whoa, I only wanted to write a short note, guess I got a bit carried over.
Looking forward to your replies! :)

Thank you all for the PM's. I've been going through them for the last hour or so. Several notes:
    - No, this is not a matter of whether you're an Indian or not. I don't care about your past DP experiences, even though I know Indian writers have rather poor grammar skills. I dare you to prove me wrong :)
    - I mentioned I'm looking to pay LESS THAN $1 per hundred words. Whoever offered me the $0.01/w rate has definitely not read the whole post.
    - There are several spots available.
    - Please, please, PLEAAASE! quote my previous PM when replying. I've had around 30 PM's already, replied to ~10, it's kind of hard for me to remember who's who and what I told you.

I'm going to be offline for two hours or so, don't freak out if I don't follow back on your PM.

    Thanks.

Be it gadgets, nutrition or traveling, I am adept at writing articles on most topics. The fact that I am pursuing masters in English Literature only strengthens the style and boosts the quality of my articles.

I can write no more than 5 articles per day as it would otherwise be a commitment which i may fail to fulfill due to academic pressure, but rest assured that they will be 5 well written yet simple articles that will pass copyscape without even a shadow of doubt.

If you are willing to give my articles a chance, then I will be more than happy to work for you at the standard rate of $1/100 words. Now, I have read your post well Sir, but I still have quoted the price as I think that my articles are worth at least that much. I am new in the forum and I do not have much to show in respect to what I have written, but I am sure you will agree with me if you read my work. You can pay me only if you like my articles Sir. Thank you :)

    - I don't care that much about your billion articles on EZA, as their standards are some of the lowest in the industry. Instead of pointing me to your EZA profile, pick a few "gems" you believe to be your best and send me the links. It will save us both some time :)
    - I know the payment is a bit low, you don't have to remind me that others pay 1c/word.
    - No, there's no such thing as "industry standard" of 1c/word. Some charge as high as $1/word, while those who deliver sub-par content can settle with $1 per 500 words. I don't want to turn this thread into a debate, so please don't waste my time (and yours) with such arguments.
    - U and R are letters, not words. I delete PM's that sound like "U R gunna luv muh articlez" straight off the bat.

I got around 50 PM's (whoa!) and found a few diamonds in the rough. Since close to no one is willing to commit full-time, there is still room for more writers. So keep the PM's coming!
