    So, you're not only looking for someone to write for less than a penny per word but you're also looking for someone with knowledge on web development and design? Good luck.

    As a web developer, you're insane if you think any other developer would come near that price. I'll be surprised if you don't get copied or spun content from whoever you give the job to.
