Buying Content Websites With Adsense Income. Paying 12-24x monthly income.

I am actively seeking to acquire content websites earning revenue primarily through Google Adsense. I am willing to pay 12 - 24x average monthly income depending on age, quality, traffic, link popularity and earnings stability. I am a serious buyer with a $20,000+ budget.

My minimum requirements are:

• Website income of $100 - $400/month from organic traffic.
• Website is at least 6 months old.
• Content relevant .com, .net or .org domain name.
• Content must be in English.
• Website content must be primarily articles.
• Website must consist of at least 8 articles.
• Article content must be unique and well written.
• Content must be currently indexed by Google.
• You must be able to show proof of income and traffic.

I am not interested in the following:

• Warez, porn or anything of questionable legality.
• Blogs, forums, directories or proxies.
• Medical, legal, sports, video, file hosting, image hosting, wallpaper, free TV, arcades, games, celebrity, recipes, hosting, myspace related or photoshop related websites.
• Sites that have significant income from link sales.

Wow! No blogs, you might want to rethink that. Blogs are tearing up html sites, I switched my site from html to a blog. In ten years html will be dead. The writing is on the wall. Good Luck with getting some html sites.

 

I am looking for low maintenance websites. Blogs generally need to be regularly updated to maintain their readership.
