    10 pages of unique content written solely for this site. The content will never be sold or used again, the buyer gets exclusive rights.

    This site has been linked to from my PR4 home page where that link will remain for at least 6 months. I have also promoted the site via some blog networks but not much.

    The site is indexed in all major search engines, Google, Yahoo & MSN and is receiving a trickle of traffic everyday from terms searched, unfortunately I have not been tracking adsense income from this site.

    I planned to add a subscription form and collect subscribers down the line but I am in need of some extra funds now hence selling the site.

    The site has been built with php includes so you can add to the footer, menu, header etc by editing just one file.

    Domain registered at Godaddy for a free push, expires 05/08.
