Buying Content Websites - Need PR and SE Traffic

    I'm looking for top quality domains with good content and good SE rankings...here are some requirements

    PR2 or Higher
    5,000 uniques or higher
    60% SE traffic or higher
    $50+ income would be ideal, nothing larger than $500.

    What's the Traffic/income and where does it all come from? When I meant content I meant a website about a certain niche, for example, one about breeding chickens, how to start mountain biking etc but could still be interested.
