The sites design is from oswd, images are from royalty free clipart & the content has been purchased privately.

I don't want to hold on to the site as I am in need of the $$$ now.

Does this mean the site can't be transferred, or just that you will not help in the transfer?

You can transfer the site to your hostgator account or any hosting of your choice. I will even assist with the transfer if needed

The domain name is registered with namecheap, so to get ownership of the domain name you will need to signup to namecheap (free) and I can transfer ownership of the domain name to your namecheap account, all very simple.
