Hello, I need content submitting FORM for my website, please check the attached images to get a better idea about what I need. and during uploading it will have the following screen or even better one, depend on your skills. It will upload the files to the specific folder on my server and also will email me all the details with link to the uploaded files. Email must be sent to the submitter that we are reviewing the content. will apply restriction on file extensions, I mean only specific file extensions will be allowed. Also it will store all the emails of submitters in some specific file. Please let me know how much I will pay for that as I don't have any idea about the cost of such thing. -Regards.
